This petition is filed for seeking a direction to release the payment of the work done by the petitioner w.e.f. February 2011 @ `25/- per day.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and from perusal of Annexure P-1, it is found that the petitioner has been intimated that as per record, the total amount from February 2009 to December 2014 is of `27,836/-, out of which `17,200/- has been withdrawn by the petitioner and the balance amount is `10,636/-. No material has been given by the petitioner in the writ petition from which it can be adjudged that he has not been given the amount of the work done by him. Hence, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed being denuded of any merit.
