(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that the employees of Central Coop Bank are being paid salary from the account of PACS, which is in violation of letter dated 10.10.2006 (P-2) A detailed representation dated 15.12.2015 employees (P-4) in this regard has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representation, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 15.12.2015 (P-4) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
