The petitioner has prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus for issuance of a direction to the Deputy Commissioner, Mahendergarh to immediately suspend respondent no.6 from the post of Sarpanch and also to suspend the resolution by which liquor shop has been opened in the village, in which signatures of the petitioner and other Panches have allegedly been forged by respondent no.6-Sarpanch.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the available record, it is found that proposal/resolution no.1 was approved by the Gram Panchayat village Bhungarka on 10.03.2017, which was signed by all 9 Panches including the present petitioner, who is alleging that her signatures have been forged by respondent no.6.

In case the petitioner is alleging the forgery of her signatures, she has to prove it by leading cogent evidence, which could only be possible if she challenges the genuineness of her signatures in the Civil Court and prove it by

CWP No.27657 of 2017 [ 2 ] ***** leading oral as well as documentary evidence but the resolution cannot be directed to be suspended merely on her asking that her signatures have been forged.

Thus, I do not find any reason to interfere in the present petition and hence, the same is hereby dismissed being denuded of any merit, though without any order as to costs.
