Status report by way of affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Rohtak, filed on behalf of the respondent-State, is taken on record. 3.

Upon instructions from PSI, Naveen, State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation, co-operated with the Investigating Agency and he is no longer required for custodial interrogation. 4.

In view of the facts, but without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed. Order dated 14.10.2021 is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
