RAJIV SHARMA ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (ORAL) Petitioner-Katyayini Paper Mills Pvt Ltd (for short "the Company") has sought for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside order dated 22.11.2017 (P.36) passed by respondent No.2, blacklisting the petitioner-Company.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that the blacklisting cannot be done for all times to come. It is required to be reviewed periodically.

Learned counsel for the respondent has referred to a judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court reported as M/s Kulja Industries Limited vs. Chief Gen. Manager, W.T Proj, BSNL and others, AIR 2014 Supreme Court 9 in this respect.
