By way of filing the present revision petition, petitioner (plaintiff), has challenged the order dated 19.04.2023 passed in Civil Suit No. 3 dated 04.01.2021, by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sangrur, whereby an application for dismissing of the suit being not maintainable, was allowed.

At the very outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, to avail other remedy, if available to her, under the law.
