(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.163 dated 15.10.2020, under Section 20 of NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur, who is in custody since his arrest on 15.10.2020. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press present petition and prays for withdrawal. The prayer is accepted.
