(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have not released him the benefits of un-utilized earned leave, which was due to the credit of the petitioner, as per instruction (P-2 and P-3). A detailed representation dated 19.09.2014 (P-4) in this regard has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the representation, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 19.09.2014 (P-4) of the petitioner by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law.
