This is a petition for anticipatory bail filed under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 in case FIR No.245 dated 08.05.2024 under Sections 147/ 149/ 302/ 201 of IPC, 1860 and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Sadar Bhiwani, District Bhiwani, Haryana.

A Coordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 27.06.2025, had directed the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court/ Duty Magistrate within a period of two weeks and on his surrender, he was ordered to be admitted to interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of the concerned Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 27.06.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the trial proceedings.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner especially with the petitioner having joined the trial Court proceedings, the order dated 27.06.2025 granting interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute. 6.

However, the petitioner shall abide by the conditions stipulated under Section 482(2) BNSS. He shall also join investigation as and when called upon to do so.

The petition stands allowed.
