**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Admittedly, competent authority, who is to grant the sanction for shifting the grain market, is not a party before this Court. Petitioner is seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the authorities to shift the grain market but without approaching the competent authority by way of any representation.

Civil Writ Petition No. 8598 of 2014 In view of the above, present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by making an appropriate representation within a period of three weeks from today. It is also directed that if the petitioner approaches the competent authority by moving an appropriate representation in this regard, the same shall be considered and decided at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon but in any case within a period of three months from date of receipt of representation from the petitioner.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present writ petition stands disposed of.
