Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner is ready to appear before the Court concerned and file an application for grant of bail during pendency of the trial in question; that para 4 of the order dated 13.05.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar mentions the reasons explained by the petitioner for his non-appearance on 07.04.2026; that on that date also, an application for exemption was filed by the petitioner which was rejected by the Court concerned; and that the petitioner will be careful in future. 2.
Notice of the petition be issued to the State of Haryana. 3.
Ms. Ambika Luthra, Addl.A.G., Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the State of Haryana. She, however, opposes the petition in question by stating that the petitioner intentionally absented from proceedings of the Court concerned because of which he was declared a proclaimed person.

Be that as it may, without commenting anything upon merits of the petition in question and also of the order vide which the petitioner was declared a proclaimed person, as undertaken by the petitioner, he is directed to appear before the concerned Magistrate within seven days from today and file an application for grant of bail during pendency of the trial within the said period. If he does so, his arrest in the FIR/case in question shall remain stayed till the decision of the bail application to be filed by him before the concerned Magistrate. 5.
The petition is disposed off accordingly.
