(Oral) Pursuant to the directions issued by this Court on 11.08.2015 in the previous writ petition filed by the petitioner, i.e., CWP No.19119 of 2014, a fact finding report has been submitted by the District Development and Panchayat Officer, Panipat. As was observed by this Court in the earlier order dated 11.08.2015 also, the matter involves several disputed questions of fact which can be effectively determined either by the authorities under the Act or by the Civil Court.

With liberty to the petitioner to approach any of such forum, we decline to entertain this writ petition.
