Though the challenge in the present petition is to the order dated 10.04.2014 stated to be appended as Annexure P-2, however a perusal of Annexure P-2 shows that it is only an intimation which has been sent by the Trial Court to the Station House Office (SHO), Police Station 3, Jalandhar intimating that the petitioner herein had been declared as a proclaimed offender by the Court on 10.04.2014. The order dated 10.04.2014 which is sought to be impugned in the present petition has not even been appended.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

In view of the above the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
