(Oral) Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Certiorari, for quashing of order dated 07.02.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Financial Commissioner, Haryana; order dated 11.07.2014 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Commissioner, Rohtak Division, Rohtak and order dated 17.05.2013 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned District Collector, Panipat.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner today. Same was the position on 12.01.2026 as well. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the instant matter any further. 3.

Keeping in view the above, the present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
