(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 78, dated 03.07.2019, under Sections 376, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of respondent No.4 (complainant) and the petitioner have solemnized marriage with each other and are living together. This Court has also been apprised that the parties have since been blessed with a child. This fact is not disputed by the counsel for the State as well.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that pursuant to order dated 23rd September, 2019, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kirpal Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 23rd September, 2019, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
