PARAMJEET SINGH, J. (ORAL) With the consent of the learned counsel for the parties, date in the main cases is preponed and the same are taken up for final disposal.

-3Prayer in aforementioned writ petitions is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the action of respondent No.1 by which respondent No.1 has declined to register the petitioners as veterinary practitioners and further action of respondent-Commissioner not to entertain the applications of the petitioners for 123 posts of veterinary surgeons advertised vide advertisement No.2 dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure P-4).

Learned counsel for HPSC has filed CM No.10923 of 2015 in CWP No.8611 of 2014 stating that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous on the ground that Principal Secretary to Government of Haryana, Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department vide letter dated 04.03.2015 has withdrawn the requisition for filling up of 123 posts of Veterinary Surgeons. It is stated that since the requisition has been withdrawn, this writ petition has been rendered infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioners in CWP Nos.8611, 9558 and 10261 of 2014 has also filed CMs stating that vide notification dated 07.08.2015, the Veterinary Council of India has recognized the qualification of B.V. Sc. and A.H. Passed from Apollo College of Veterinary Medicines, Jaipur after 13.05.2010 and on or before 24.07.2015.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that in view of the aforesaid two notifications, the present writ petitions have been rendered infructuous.

In view of the statement of the learned counsel for the parties,

-4the present writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. CMs stand disposed of.
