The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.109 dated 08.06.2018 registered under Sections 323, 325, 34 IPC (Sections 354, 498A IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Division No.4, Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

By an order dated 09.01.2020, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-State on instructions from SI Amanpreet Kaur submits that the petitioner has joined investigation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 5.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has joined investigation, the instant petition is allowed and the order dated 09.01.2020 granting

CRM-M No.34477 of 2019 (O&M) -2interim bail to the petitioner is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
