Petitioners have invoked the writ jurisdiction of this court aggrieved by termination of their membership by District Bar Association. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 submits that in case petitioners and respondent-District Bar Association have no objection, it shall look into the matter and resolve the same. Both counsel for petitioners as well as for District Bar Association agree to this proposal.

Under the circumstances, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the Bar Association to make an effort to resolve the issue. Decision be taken expeditiously, in any case not later than six months. Interim order whereby petitioners were allowed to continue as members of the Bar would continue till then.
