**** RAJAN GUPTA, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel points out that elections have already been held and notified. Therefore, the question raised by the petitioners has been rendered redundant for the purpose of instant election. His contention remains uncontroverted, as the petitioners remain un-represented. Under the circumstances, it appears that no cause of action survives in the petition. Accordingly, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
