The petitioners seek the allotment in a particular sector. The Chief Administrator shall specify the alternate plots. The petitioners shall be entitled to make a demand/representation in writing to the Chief Administrator, Haryana Urban Development Authority, Panchkula in respect of the plots that they desire. The Chief Administrator shall take a final decision regarding the identity of the alternate plots after considering the same and if necessary after giving the petitioners an opportunity of being heard in this regard. 4.
The petitions are disposed of in the above terms and with a direction that the order be complied with by 15.04.2016 in accordance with law. (S.J.
