(Oral) Petitioner is seeking grant of pay scale and related benefits of the post of District Manager for the period of his official as CEO/DM from 24.08.2009 to 31.08.2016 and release the arrears. In this regard, the petitioner has given a final reminder cum notice dated 30.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) but no action has been taken till date.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to decide the final reminder cum notice dated 30.07.2018 (Annexure P-3) of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
