Learned counsel for the parties are idem that the parties have reached an amicable settlement.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the orders dated 08.02.2023 & 24.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and has been cooperating therewith. This is not disputed by the learned counsel for the State.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide orders dated 08.02.2023 & 24.03.2023, is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions enshrined under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, by him.
