RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing respondents no.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondents no.6 to 12. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that minor daughter of respondent No.6 had eloped from her home and petitioner No.2 is being suspected for the same. He submits that on the basis of this suspicion, petitioners are being harassed by respondent No.5. Notice of motion to respondents no.1 to 5-State only. On asking of the Court, Mr.Tarun Aggarwal, Sr.DAG, Punjab, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State.
