CWP-26001-2018 Prayer made in the present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant benefit of dual family pension in pursuance to notification dated 18.06.2016 (Annexure P6) issued by respondent No.1 and to release family pension to the petitioner with effect from the date of death of her husband i.e. 06.06.2006 along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum.

Civil Writ Petition No. 26001 of 2018 (O&M) As the matter in controversy is restricted to the point that petitioner is relying upon notification (Annexure P6) and thereafter, made representation dated 05.09.2015 (Annexure P15) to the employer, but the same has not been decided so far, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into and take the required action on representation dated 05.09.2015 (Annexure P15) expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
