(Oral) Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.390 dated 17.08.2018 registered under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985 and Sections 14 and 3 of the Passports Act, 1967 at Police Station Section 17/18, District Gurugram. The petitioner is in custody since his arrest on 17.08.2018. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ashok Kumar states that the trial in the subject FIR has ended in conviction of the petitioner through judgment dated 15.02.2022 passed by Special Judge, Gurugram.

In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.

Dismissed as infructuous.
