The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to the official respondents to take legal action against the private respondents.

The grievance raised in the petition is that representation dated 15.7.2020 was made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State appearing on advance notice submits that earlier the petitioner was called with regard to the complaint made but she never made herself available.  In view of the statement made, the petition is disposed of. Let Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot decide the representation not later than 29.1.2021 and would take suitable action, if so required.
