A writ petition was filed by the petitioner seeking issuance of directions to respondent No.3 to decide the Execution Application in a time bound manner. The writ petition was disposed of on 30.03.2017 directing the Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Societies (Ludhiana West) [hereinafter referred to as 'Assistant Registrar'] to decide the Execution Application expeditiously within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. The contempt petition is filed pleading that needful is not done by the respondent.
