The petitioner seeks issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect his life and liberty as he apprehends threat to the same at the hands of respondent No.6.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards merits of the case or as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga to look into the matter and to get the representation/complaint dated 25.7.2024 (Annexure P-2) examined qua the alleged threat perception of the petitioner.
