Darshan Ram (through LRs) & Others 2014 (9) S.C.T. 120 (DB) and also the judgment rendered by this Court in Senior Superintendent of Post Offices v. Ram Pal and Others (CWP-11793-2018, decided on 17.07.2018). Hence, present writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgments rendered by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Darshan Ram's case (supra) as well as by this Court in Ram Pal's case (supra).
