**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that as per status report dated 05.01.2021, the petitioners were happily married. Even no compliant has been received by the investigator from their side about alleged threat. On 28.03.2022, when the matter was taken up, none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners and the matter was adjourned for today. However, today also, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners, which shows that the petitioners have no threat perception. Given above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court and file a fresh petition in case any threat perception arises in future. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
