This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of directions to the official respondents 1 to 4 to conduct fair and impartial investigation. Re-investigation in case bearing FIR No. 356 dated 03.11.2024 under Sections 109(1), 115,118(1), 190, 191(3) and 351 (2) of BNS registered at Police Station Bilaspur District Yamuna Nagar against respondents No. 6 to 18 in accordance with law and for directing official respondents No. 2 and 3 to proceed against erring officials entrusted with the investigation of the above mentioned case. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 21.01.2025 Annexure P-6 to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if Renu Rawat 2025.07.25 14.54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-39407-2025 directions are issued to No.3- Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to consider and decide the representation/complaint 21.01.2025 Annexure P-6 of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
