**** TRIBHUVAN DAHIYA , J.(ORAL) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the letter dated 11.08.2023, Annexure P-13 issued by the second respondent vide which objections have been raised regarding the claim of the petitioner for stepping-up of her pay with effect from 01.04.2020 at par with her junior counterpart. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before respondents. At this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide the legal notice, dated 19.04.2024, Annexure P-15, in a specified period.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2./Director General, Secondary Education, to consider and decide the legal notice, dated 19.04.2024, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months of receiving a certified copy of this order.
