(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0086 dated 24.03.2023 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of IPC and Section 66-C of Information Technology Act and Section 13(1) of Prevention of Corruption Act registered at Police Station Udyoug Vihar, District Gurugram.

The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner has handed over an invoice showing that his earlier phone has been exchanged with a newer version on 10.10.2023. He submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation. CRM-M-33856-2025 -2The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 14.07.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.

In this view of the matter, interim order dated 14.07.2025 is made absolute.

However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.

Petition stands disposed of.
