He is seeking a writ of mandamus to official respondents for initiating action against Sarpanch-Babu Lal/respondent no.4 for having embezzled funds of the Panchayat. It is averred that petitioner has made a representation dated 29.12.2014(P-7) to the Deputy Commissioner, Sirsa in that regard. After making submissions at some length and having failed to convince the Court, learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the authorities concerned.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 05.05.2015.
