Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner, whereby his pension was revised w.e.f. 2006, but the benefit thereof has not been granted to him. Similar benefit has already been granted to the similarly placed employees of the respondents. For that purpose, petitioner has already made representation dated 09.07.2018 (Annexure P6), but still no action has been taken.
