CWP No. 744 of 2015 The petitioner has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondents to allot Shop No.56, First Floor, which was allotted to him in the draw of lots held on 18th February, 2014. An alternative prayer seeking direction to the respondents to allot a shop on Ground Floor, keeping in view the physical condition of the petitioner (Annexure P-7). 2.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2-Improvement Trust, Jawala Ram 2016.10.18 14:55 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh Amritsar, referred to Annexure P-6 to submit that the allotment letter, which

CWP No. 744 of 2015 (O&M) - 2 - has been issued to the petitioner was in respect of Shop No.56, First Floor, measuring 73.44 Sq. Feet, situated at Shri Durgiana Mandir Complex Scheme, Amritsar. It was further submitted that in terms of the allotment letter, Shop No.56, First Floor only was allotted to him and no other shop was allotted to the petitioner, which is the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition.

In view thereof, no further relief can be granted to the petitioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
