Grievance of the petitioner is that sanctioned capital subsidy of Rs. 4,67,000/- has not been released.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Charanpreet Singh, AAG Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that case of the petitioner would be considered as per seniority and eligibility after finalization of the guidelines.

In view of above, this petition is disposed of with a direction that concerned authority shall consider the plea of the petitioner within one month from today and pass a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing. needless to observe that in case petitioner is found to be entitled the subsidy would be released to it.
