This petition is filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 487, dated 25th July, 2015, under Sections 148, 302, 201, 435, 365, 120-B and 149 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Sadar, Palwal.

After arguing at some length, realising that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief prayed for, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, at this stage. 4.
