(Oral) Learned State counsel has informed that as on date 15 out of cited 16 PWs have been examined and that the only PW left is an official witness and that all efforts would be made by the prosecution to produce the said witness on the next date as may be fixed by the trial Court. Faced with the aforestated position, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition at this stage.
In view of the aforestated submission, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh in case there is any inordinate delay in conclusion of trial.
