The Family Court while deciding the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, has directed the petitioner (the respondent No.1's husband) to pay maintenance @ ₹6,000/- per month. It has been noticed that the petitioner is running an Optician's shop, whereas the respondent No.1 is working as a Nurse in the Government hospital. After taking into consideration the income of both the parties, the Family Court has assessed the amount of maintenance.

The learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the respondent No.1 is now getting ₹ 35,000/- per month. 3.

Be that as it may. The petitioner is also running an Optician's shop in Ludhiana which is an industrial town of the State of Punjab. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no ground is made out to DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2023.09.20 10:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document interfere. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed.
