**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of impugned orders dated 08.05.2024 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (Annexure P-3) whereby the bail order of the petitioner was cancelled and bail bonds and surety bonds of the petitioner were forfeited to the State and further impugned order dated 22.07.2024 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (Annexure P-5) vide which non-bailable warrants of the petitioner were issued in case bearing FIR No.67 dated 19.05.2021 under Section 21 NDPS, 1985 registered at Police Station STF Phase-4, SAS Nagar Mohali. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case Allowed as prayed for.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
