According to the petitioners, the matter is now covered by the judgement of the Supreme Court in Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board and another Vs Raj Pal, 2011(13) SCC 504. The petitioners desire their representation dated 30.01.2013 (Annexure P-5) to be decided by the respondents in accordance with the said judgement. 2.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 30.01.2013 (Annexure P-5) in accordance with law. 3.

The respondents are requested to decide the representation by 30.04.2016.
