Though, the petitioners claim, that they are the lawful owners of the petition land, but yet alleges, that the respondents concerned, are dismantling the structure, if any, raised, upon the petition land. 2.
If so, unless prior thereto, a valid demarcation is conducted by the revenue authorities concerned, the respondents concerned, may not proceed to dismantle the structure, if any, raised on the petition land, at the instance of the petitioners. Moreover, the respondents concerned, are directed to make an expeditious decision, after hearing all the concerned, upon Annexure P-2, and, thereafter to carry a valid demarcation of the petition land. 3.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
