Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the similar situated claims as raised in CWP-32632-2019 - 'Shubh Lata and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 20.02.2024, an opportunity has been given to the petitioners to file representation to the Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Haryana, Department of Finance, which opportunity be also given to the petitioners in the present petition, hence the present petition be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions.
