Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and in case he surrenders within one week from today, his regular bail application may be decided at the earliest.

In view of above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner surrenders within one week and moves an application seeking regular bail, the same be decided within three days thereafter.
