Counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. where challenge was to the criminal complaint filed under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. It is contended that the respondent has withdrawn the complaint which was pending before Judicial Magistrate Ist Class and the same has been dismissed, as per order dated 03.08.2023. A copy of the said order has been supplied in Court today. The same is taken on record. 2.

In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition as the same has been rendered infructuous.
