The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.
This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking directions to the respondents No.1 to 4 ('official respondents') to fairly investigate the case in FIR No. 303, dated 6th August, 2020, under Sections 370, 384, 406, 420, 506 and 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Pundri, District Kaithal.
Learned State counsel has filed the reply on behalf of official respondents.

CRM-M-39566-2020 -2has been compromised between the parties. The accused had filed CRM-M-2064-2021 for quashing of FIR. Copy of order dated 15th January, 2021 is produced whereby parties were directed to get their statements recorded before the trial Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to dispute the fact of filing of quashing petition. In view of above, no interference is called for, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
