Counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition in order to challenge the order of suspension dated 20.02.2015 by way of statutory appeal and prays that a direction may be issued to the Appellate Authority to decide his appeal within a specific period. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner files an appeal against the order dated 20.02.2015 within a period of one week from today, the Appellate Authority may decide the same within a period of one month thereafter.
