Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the petitioner is claiming the benefit of promotion by treating him as a regular clerk from the year 1994 whereas, the order regularizing the services of the petitioner from the year 1994 had already been withdrawn and he was treated as a regular employee from 30.09.2003 and the said order dated 24.11.2017 has never been challenged by the petitioner, hence, the claim of the petitioner that he is senior is incorrect.

As there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, it can be safely presumed that keeping in view the reply filed by the respondents, the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present remedy. 4.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
