Versus
State of Haryana and Ors.
....Respondents
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR JAIN Present :
Mr. Vikram Singh, Advocate for the petitioner. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) This matter pertains to the appointment of Lambardar. All the courts below are in favour of respondent No.4. The Collector being the Appointing Authority has considered the inter se merit of the candidates much less the petitioner and respondent No.4 and came to the conclusion that respondent No.4 is more suitable to the post of Lambardar than the petitioner. Although the counsel for the petitioner has vehemently argued that the appointment of respondent No.4 is illegal and erroneous but could not make out a strong case before this Court to interfere in this petition. Consequently, this petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
